In episode one of the new series of Hour Lives we speak to Steve Arnott, founder of the award winning music-based project Beats Bus Records. Using a mobile recording studio – the Beats Bus – as their base, Steve and his team support outreach communities using the five elements of hip-hop.
There is a wonderful documentary film about Steve and the Beats Bus called A Northern Soul, made by celebrated filmmaker Sean McAllister.
