Series 2, Episode 3: Lee Freeman

Lee Freeman

In episode three of the new series of Hour Lives we speak to the incredible former Chief Constable Lee Freeman KPM, whose approach to human-centred leadership turned a police force from special measures to the highest performing in the country. We discuss his journey from those first days out on the beat to his final days at Humberside Police, and what he has learned about people and leadership during that time. Lee is now His Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary and Fire and Rescue Services.
